Please note:

• Since this is a naturally grown material, small discolourations and minimal gaps in the layered edge caused by knots and grain cannot be ruled out. The appearance and quality of the product are in not affected in any way. Each of our laser-cut wall elements is unique.
• The product is manufactured with laser-cutting technology. Dark edges and an initial, completely harmless smell are completely normal. The smell will completely disappears after a few days. Both dark edges and smell do not constitute grounds for refunding the product.
• The decorative elements do not stand independently due to their depth of 4 mm, but can be propped up against a wall or glued to it. You can find the fastening materials separately here (order tesa® TACK adhesive putty) and here (order double-sided adhesive dots) or during product configuration at "Accessories".
• Some elements are connected with small strips of material so that small important parts do not get misplaced during production. These can be easily removed using a cutter.
• Individual decorative letters vary slightly in height due to the shape of the respective letters. This is completely normal and ensures a uniform appearance.
