Surface:

• Does not adhere to base plaster, smooth plaster, roughcast walls and coarse ingrain wallpaper
• The surface must be free of dirt, dust, silicone- & oil-based paints and latex paint
• With freshly painted walls you should wait at least 3 weeks
• Wood surfaces must be pre-treated. (deep-penetrating primer / adhesion primer)
